My path in astronomy builds on my interest in space, particularly astronauts, and the fantastical depictions seen in media like the Litte Prince. Growing up on the coast of South Florida, this field felt so distant, wondering if there was anything in my power to gaze at objects other than the moon -- while I would not pursue this field for many years, my feelings of wanderlust and exploration only grew. Once I realized that astronomy was not a far-fetched centuries away profession, or even required me to travel that far, I did whatever I could to make it the focus of my academics and personal endeavors. ​

My undergraduate career continously reinforces how dense a field I have found myself in, through research, community outreach, and amaetur telescope observing -- I have had countless experiences passed onto me. Still, In my free time I obsess over nature and exploring -- something I found most astronomers-in-training to also enjoy.  I plan to use the culimation of my skills to meaningfuly contribute to the bridge of scientific communication in astronomy and further advancements in my subfocus in radio-observations.
